Lanxess AG Building Leather Chemical Plant in China
Lanxess AG, a Germany leading chemical specialty chemical manufacturer, has started building leather chemical plant in China, with production capacity of 50,000 ton per year.
The new chemical plant project is required $40 million investment. The plant will start its commercial operation in the first half of 2013.
The leather chemical plant is built in order to fulfill China market, which grows at 8% per year.
Lanxess AG uses latest technology and environmentally friendly production process. And it becomes the Asia largest leather chemical plant in Asia. (chincadaily.com.cn)
